Work experience in administrative support and customer service.
Well-organized, resourceful and an independent learner.
Adaptable and able to prioritize.
Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.
Challenges awaiting you:
Support the manager by performing all administrative tasks: manage email and scheduling, manage billing.
Coordinating purchases and generating purchase orders for direct and stock inventory
Receiving stock
Coordinate shipping
Process freight claims and daily delivery summaries.
Work with the team to fully understand the business centre’s operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with the systems in use.
