Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Garment Presser member to join our dynamic team for work on weekends , Saturday and Sunday. The successful candidate will be responsible for pressing garments and bed linens guided with training from our Master Cleaner.
Key Responsibilities:
Garment Presser:
- Operate pressing machines and hand irons to press garments, ensuring a wrinkle-free, polished finish.
- Perform dry cleaning and wet cleaning loads
- Inspect garments for quality and spot cleaning issues.
- Maintain proper care of fabrics and follow company protocols for different types of fabrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in garment pressing or dry cleaning is a plus but not required as full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and filing as needed.
