- Provide operations budget guidance for nationally scoped projects, contracts, and consultants.
- Maintain and share leading practices and strategic advice for core operational programs by building relationships across the global organization and externally with agencies, industry partners, and real estate standards bodies.
- Provide property operations guidance and support for relevant industry certifications, including SHORE, BOMA, and LEED.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business leaders and site teams to advance operational programs, performance, and action plans and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct or oversee annual building risk assessments across Canadian asset classes and bring forward new policies and standards for appropriate senior leadership review and approval.
