In providing support for our team of professionals working in the infrastructure sector, the selected candidate will be expected to edit and deliver high-quality written materials and all administrative documents related to projects within the deadlines established by the team.


Draft and edit the minutes of meetings
Assist project managers in the drafting, revision and layout of various documents (proposals, reports, specifications, letters, etc.)
Prepare progress estimates
Ensure that the layout of various documents follows the standards set by the company
Follow up on files and on the documents to be provided to clients (accuracy, compliance, signatures, printing, etc.) in compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and instructions and the specific requirements of the client, as applicable
Edit and revise documents for correct usage and spelling
Draft and send correspondence
File documents and materials
Compile information related to individuals assigned to projects and keep it updated
Open new projects and enter them into the computer system
Keep the list of active files updated
Carry out other related tasks


SSVD in Secretarial Studies/Office Automation or other relevant training
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Perfect mastery of oral and written French, and ability to prepare summaries and write
Ability to write clear, precise and complete texts confidently, quickly and efficiently
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks within a constantly changing environment while remaining focused on quality and being attentive to detail in performing the work
Professionalism and confidentiality
