What You'll Do
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services while creating a positive experience for every client. Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces using Luma Cleaning's approved methods and products.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure every home meets our quality standards.
- Organize and tidy living spaces to leave homes looking clean, fresh, and welcoming.
- Complete laundry-related tasks when requested, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and respond respectfully to any requests or special instructions.
- Arrive on time and manage your schedule efficiently to complete each appointment thoroughly.
- Properly care for company equipment and supplies and report any maintenance or inventory concerns.
- Represent Luma Cleaning with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude at every job.
What We're Looking For
- Previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required—we provide paid training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional communication and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the workday.
