Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $70.63 to $84.12 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support workday HCM and maintenance and improvement
- Develop Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS Reports, BIRT, Webservice, Extend, Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF), Business processes and creating validation rules.)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday integration issues
- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience configuring Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS Reports, BIRT, Webservice, Extend, Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF), Business processes and creating validation rules.) in enterprise environment
- Experience with Agile delivery
- 5+ years’ experience with HR Systems. Working experience using Workday and/or ADP Global View (Payroll systems) and familiarity with SaaS applications like Compass, Salesforce
- Building workday integrations between workday and source systems (internal) and external vendors
