Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
- A background in guest services or hotel operations will be beneficial for understanding the needs of our guests.
