Job Description
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Follow project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
- Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
- Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Keep records of Crew attendance, and manpower used for each phase of the project.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong ability to deal with any issues
- 3 or more years of experience in interior renovation
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
