Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Lead Dental Receptionist with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, and experience with Tracker software would be a plus. The Dental Receptionist will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate record-keeping, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments using Tracker electronic dental records systems
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages
- Verify patient insurance information and process billing or payments accordingly
- Maintain accurate patient records, update personal information, and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with dental staff to confirm appointment schedules and manage cancellations or rescheduling
- Handle correspondence and communication with patients and insurance companies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is a must
- Proficiency with Tracker dental management software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
