Be a proven Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Process Improvement
subject matter expert, project team leader, and technical and
cultural change agent. Responsible for leading, showcasing and
spreading the use of the LSS methodology and building a mutual
need for transformational change as well as mobilizing
commitment for support when facing obstacles.
Develop and maintain project work plans, including change
management (e.g. influencing; removing barriers; etc.), and
implementation management (for flawless project execution).
Leads cross functional business teams resolving business
issues utilizing the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Responsible to
deliver transformational change and meet aggressive process
improvement targets that are directly aligned with us strategy. Identify and breaks down barriers to project progress.
Has a strategic and execution focused mindset
Proactively identify opportunities for transformational change
and engage Project Champions, Business/Functional
leaders and others to evaluate and prioritize those opportunities.
University degree (Finance/ Accounting preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Minimum of 7+ years of full-time work experience in continuous
Experience in Banking Industry is a must
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to
communicate well with all levels of the organization.
Experience in leading complex projects that require strong
leadership, initiative, and change management would be an asset.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong MS Visio, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Minitab skills
Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
