The successful candidate for this position will be naturally a curious, enthusiastic, team player who is able to efficiently and accurately offer best in class service to our portfolio of Broker partners. The position requires strong attention to detail and organization; an ability to prioritize and successfully manage accountabilities within a fast paced and high-volume environment.
Summary of Role & Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to your assigned brokers alongside the Production & Portfolio Underwriters with respect to new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, etc.

Assess risks, underwrite and process at a level of moderate risk for policy changes and renewals

Operate department phone queue
-
Record underwriting info for the purpose of evaluation, assessment, audit & profitability

Educate Broker partners about Unica’s target market and strategy
-
Identify opportunities to support Unica’s strategy and analyze and report identified trends to management

Education and Experience:

University/College degree
-
CIP/CRM obtained or working towards one or both of these designations
