Registered Dental Assistant (Lead RDA)
Windermere, Edmonton | Full-Time | Starting August 1
We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our brand new, state-of-the-art dental practice in Windermere.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RDA who enjoys taking initiative, leading by example, and helping build an exceptional patient experience from the ground up.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant in good standing with the Alberta College of Dental Assistants
- Previous experience as a Lead RDA or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
What You'll Do
- Lead clinical operations and assist in creating efficient workflows
- Work closely with the dentist to provide exceptional patient care
- Mentor and support fellow clinical team members
- Help establish systems and protocols in a growing practice
- Maintain a well-organized, fully stocked, and efficient clinical environment

Schedule Requirements
