Responsibilities:
- Application & Data Management:
- Provide technical expertise in application support, specializing in complex information management across multiple systems (e.g., OTNhub, PHSD).
- Manage data integrity by addressing inactive accounts, standardizing names, updating Indigenous-centered indicators, and conducting large-scale data decommissions.
- Tracking & Auditing:
- Use Remedy ticketing for comprehensive tracking of data management activities, ensuring adherence to privacy, security, and business requirements.
- Perform regular audits of records and maintain detailed documentation of all updates and changes made.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, adhering to complex privacy and security guidelines.
- Participate in training and team meetings to stay up-to-date with any process or system changes.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and resolve technical/data issues, analyze data discrepancies, and execute necessary corrections across multiple systems.
- Engage in additional data projects, such as organization renames or system integrations, with high standards for accuracy and tracking.
Key Deliverables:
- Manage inactive user accounts, including permissions removal and decommissioning.
- Correct and update provider names across systems to meet current standards.
- Update Indigenous-led indicator profiles based on new criteria.
- Handle other data projects with precise tracking and auditing of all updates.
Qualifications:
- Technical Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in Remedy: Skilled in custom modules, data management, and ticket tracking.
- 5+ years in Identity Management: Preferably with NetIQ, handling data permissions, access, and user credentials.
- 5+ years in Complex Environments: Experienced in multifaceted software systems, involving provisioning/removal of access, data integration, and automation.
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in high-stakes data governance.
- Skilled in client management, following privacy and security guidelines, and conflict resolution.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external customer interactions.
- Additional Skills:
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate data solutions.
- Proficiency in handling sensitive data within strict privacy regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
