- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Enter data accurately into our systems to track sales and inventory.
- Promote products through upselling and suggestive selling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively."
- An interest in firearms a must, training to mount and bore sight scopes available
" Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs.
- Friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently."
- Must have a valid PAL before applying
- Forklift experience an asset
