PM Supervisor – Tim Hortons (Bible Hill)
The PM Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for guiding the evening team to maintain the same high standards set during our morning operations. This role ensures excellence in cleanliness, food safety, product availability, speed of service, and guest experience throughout the PM shift, while properly closing and preparing the restaurant for the next day.
This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in running a strong, organized shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the PM team to maintain Tim Hortons standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Ensure proper execution of PM showcase standards, planograms, and product availability
- Maintain speed of service targets and coach team members during peak periods
- Complete and verify all closing duties, logs, and cleaning tasks
- Prepare the restaurant for the next day, including staging, prep, and organization
- Monitor DayMark labels, FIFO, and food safety procedures
- Address issues in real time and escalate concerns to management as needed
- Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members throughout the shift
- Communicate shift results, challenges, and priorities to the management team
Expected Availability
- Evening and closing shifts (typically 2:00 p.m. – close)
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
- Consistent availability is required to support team stability and operational standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
