Business Development Representative

Identify, contact and establish (win) new small business CPA accounts (<24 audits per year) by planning and organizing daily work schedule engaging (calls, emails) your targeted market
Adjusts content of sales presentations and/or pitch by studying the type of CPA firms you are addressing
Submits orders (to Director of SGO) by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses leveraging our CRM tool (Salesforce)
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Research accounts and key stakeholders to generate interest for MindBridge offerings
Meets assigned targets for qualified lead volumes, future qualified leads and quotas as assigned.
Proactively look for new opportunities to connect with potential clients
Demonstrate and run webinars

Skills & Requirements

University degree in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.
Passionate about customer success and MindBridge Ai success
Successful sales track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Aptitude for understanding how technology can improve business processes
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Past experience working with a CRM is preferred
Proficient computer skills
Innovative, fearless self-starter, enjoys thinking of news ways to get the job done
Goal-focused, process-centric, and detail-oriented
Disciplined and enjoys a consistent high rate of activity
Good team player

Requirements contingent on employment:
Fulfill requirements necessary to obtain full background check;
