Minty's is open from 8 AM to 8 PM and we are searching for a RMT to be available weekday evenings (2-8PM), and weekends (8-2PM OR 2-8PM)
At Minty's we have 2 options of employment: (3 month probationary period)
Independent Contractor or Employee (paid via commission starting at 50%)
*Commission negotiation will be taken into consideration based on experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 shifts per week are required.
- We are looking for a minimum one year contractual commitment to our spa to help you build a solid client base and ensure commitment to our spa.
- Must have valid RMT certification in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
- Must have a valid First Aid.
- Must be friendly, compassionate about massage therapy, dedicated, and punctual.
Duties:
- Provide a range of massage therapy services based on your certifications (deep tissue, lymphatic, Thai massage, hot stones, cupping, facial experience)
- Arrive to shifts 15 minutes early to allow for time to prepare room and read client notes and charts.
- Provide clients with an exceptional level of customer service during treatments.
- Clean and disinfect massage rooms and massage beds after each massage.
- Assist with laundry duties (folding sheets and rolling towels).
