Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our restaurant's standards and recipes.
- Oversee food handling and preparation processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of junior cooks, providing guidance on cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, ensuring timely meal preparation during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Help create an efficient workflow in the kitchen to maximize productivity during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
