QCare Assessments is currently looking for Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. Our focus is on client-centered practice while conducting assessments to identify the functional performance of clients primarily in their personal residence, specifically in the Auto Insurance Sector. As an Occupational Therapist at QCare Assessments the successful candidate will be responsible for completing clinical assessments using a wholistic perspective with adults with a variety of diagnoses
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates strong and effective written, oral, and nonverbal communication skills
- Conduct Occupational Therapy In-Home Assessments to assess Attendant Care Needs (Form 1) and assistive devices as appropriate
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is required
Experience
- New graduates are welcome!
- Experience working in the auto sector is an asset
