Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through knowledgeable consultation.
- Manage inventory levels, order parts as needed, and ensure stock accuracy for seamless operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Support sales efforts through outbound calls, upselling high-end parts, and promoting available services or promotions.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, orders, and customer interactions to ensure efficient administrative processes.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs and maintenance.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills by clearly explaining product features, warranties, and installation procedures.
Experience
- Previous dealership experience or any parts sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proven success in outside sales or outbound sales roles with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong asset for engaging diverse clientele.
- Experience in sales management or retail environments that require high levels of organization and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of parts processes, parts cataloging, and inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette to effectively engage with customers over the phone or in person.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
