Clean Team Property Services Ltd. is a leading building maintenance, restoration, and repair company serving luxury residential condominium properties throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Crew Lead with a strong background in restoration, carpentry, drywall repair, drywall taping, and painting. This position involves completing high-end repairs, rebuilds, renovations, and restoration work in occupied suites and common areas while leading a small team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with property managers, board members, residents, and company leadership.
Responsibilities
- Perform restoration and repair work including:
- Drywall installation and repair
- Drywall taping and finishing
- Texture matching
- Water damage restoration repairs
- Trim work and finish carpentry
- High-quality interior painting and touch-ups
- Lead and oversee a small crew while maintaining productivity and workmanship standards
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members when necessary
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines
- Communicate professionally with company management, property managers, board members, and residents
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following site protocols
- Accurately document completed work, deficiencies, and materials used
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, and restoration work within high-end residential units
- Strong references confirming workmanship, reliability, and professionalism
- Experience leading or supervising a small crew is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between properties
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
