What You'll Do as a Sales Representative:
- Bring in New Customers: Use leads provided by TELUS to expand our client base.
- Connect and Collaborate: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and recommend solutions through face-to-face sales.
- Solve Problems Swiftly: Tackle customer complaints head-on to ensure ultimate satisfaction.
- Educate and Assist: Help customers evaluate their needs and provide in-depth info on product features.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on our offerings and discuss available options with clients.
- Deliver Excellence: Achieve outstanding customer service while consistently hitting sales targets.
Who You Are:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service is a plus.
- Strong English proficiency.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, energetic personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
