The Loose Cannon is hiring Servers to join our team!
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers who enjoy providing great hospitality and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. If you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and take pride in excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Have a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to answer guest questions
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Follow all food, beverage, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Work effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Serve Right certification is required
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
