We are seeking a reliable and motivated Turnover and General Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing minor wall corrections, painting, and cleaning tasks to prepare apartments for new tenants. The ideal candidate will also assist with general commercial maintenance tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct minor wall corrections and touch-ups to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Perform painting tasks to maintain and enhance the appearance of apartments.
- Clean and prepare units thoroughly for turnover, ensuring all areas meet our high standards.
- Assist with general commercial maintenance tasks as necessary (which relate mainly to painting and dusting)
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards to minimize rework.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is required; experience with painting and minor wall corrections is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate and work alongside others when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Compensation:
- Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with potential bonuses based on performance. Bonuses are calculated based on job efficiency and the quality of completed work.
