We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living , ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, patient care, or nursing home environments, and possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in need. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as toileting, peri care, personal hygiene, and mobility support
- Provide medication administration and monitor health conditions as prescribed
- Support clients with daily living, including mobility assistance and transfers (heavy lifting may be required)
- Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
- Light housecleaning and bed making.
Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and home care practices is highly desirable
- Experience with caregiving tasks such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light cleaning is beneficial
- Candidates should demonstrate patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary
- Certification in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified applicants
