Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly to diverse customers
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and visually appealing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and product rotation
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills to explain product features and address customer needs confidently
- Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and understanding basic tech specifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions
- Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandise displays and stock levels
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette proficiency
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining genuine customer relationships

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
