Most new techs earn $65–75K in their first year. Experienced techs can reach $90–100K within 3–5 years.
This role is ideal for someone who likes working independently, using their hands, and taking pride in quality work. You’ll be trusted to manage your day, solve problems on-site, and deliver great service to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Rodent, bird, insect, and wildlife control
- Pest-proofing and exclusion repairs
- Regular use of hand and power tools
- Working on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces
- Providing estimates for custom work
- Pest-related cleanups
- Delivering excellent customer service and requesting online reviews
Optional Specialty Work:
- Bed bug treatments are not mandatory
- Technicians who choose to perform this work can earn significant additional commission
Pay & Benefits

(Typical commission $500–$2,000+/month, more with specialty services)

- Experience in pest control is an asset, but not required
