As a Program Support / CSIL Clerk you will:
Work to provide financial, clerical and administrative support.
Perform duties such as:
matching and verifying general accounts payable/receivable information,
client chart assembly/filing,
and data entry.
Compose and word process correspondence.
Maintain client charts.
Receive and input confidential client data into a variety of health data systems.
Set up filing systems, gathers and compiles statistics, and engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities.

Education & Experience
Grade 12 supplemented with an office administration certificate and one (1) year of recent and related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge & Abilities
Knowledge of office and Program practices and procedures.
Proven word processing skills.
Ability to create and work with spreadsheets and databases utilizing a variety of financial software applications (Excel, Access).
Ability to do mathematical and financial calculations
Ability to keyboard 5,000 keystrokes per hour.
Demonstrated ability to proofread own work.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to multi-task, to work independently with minimal direction, to problem solve, to take initiative, to anticipate potential problems/conflicts and take appropriate actions, to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to establish/maintain satisfactory work relationships with clients, the public and other employees, to deal tactfully and effectively with co-workers, the public and staff from other agencies, to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work within a team environment and to adapt calmly to constant changes.
Ability to operate related equipment.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
