Minimum Requirements
- 5 years Supervisory experience in an aggregate surface mining application including operations and maintenance
- Experience in heavy equipment operation
- Common Core Basic and Supervisor Training
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct day to day plant operations including production, maintenance and site set-up/site moves
- Ensure site meets safety, quality, production and maintenance standards
- Training and Supervision of site crew
