Customer Service Associate (Budtender)
Locations: Colwood Corners, Wilkinson & Quadra

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same. As a Budtender you'll spend your day:
- Helping customers find the products that best fit their needs.
- Learning about cannabis products, accessories, and new product.
- Keeping up to date on new strains, formats, and industry trends.
- Receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and making sure displays look great.
- Participating in inventory counts.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Processing sales and handling cash accurately.
- Checking ID and ensuring every sale follows BC Cannabis regulations.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Working with your team to create a welcoming environment for every customer.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys talking with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Is dependable and enjoys taking initiative.
- Can work independently and stay productive.
- Has at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Is comfortable handling cash and learning new computer systems.
- Can lift boxes, stock shelves, climb ladders, and help receive deliveries.
- Is comfortable learning and enforcing BC Cannabis regulations.
- Is bondable.
Bonus Qualifications
- Cash experience
- Inventory experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work at multiple Rise Cannabis locations.
