SEASONAL GELATO MAKER AND DELIVERY- PART TIME (Preferable weekends)
July and August Part Time 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Create artisan gelato and sorbets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines while handling and preparing food
- Collaborate with manager to ensure efficient operations
- Deliver gelato from factory to cafe, and other sites.
- Order supplies needed in making gelato
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced to achieve required number of gelato order, while maintaining attention to details
- Excellent communication to interact with manager/owner or supplier
- Able to lift heavy items (up to 25lbs)
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
