Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Change linens, empty trash receptacles, and restock supplies as needed
- Use custodial equipment and cleaning products effectively and safely
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with staff and clients
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
