Join Our Team as a Production Assistant
Location: NEOB Bubble Factory, Niagara-on-the-Lake
At NEOB, we’re a small, family-owned soap manufacturing company with a passion for crafting high-quality, handcrafted soaps. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our close-knit team at the NEOB Bubble Factory.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day production of our natural solid and liquid soaps. From mixing and bottling to labelling and packaging, you’ll help bring our products to life in a clean, supportive, and friendly environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are valued.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Helper, you’ll play an essential role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Bottling, capping, and labelling a variety of liquid and solid soap products
- Receiving and unloading ingredients and packaging materials, including bulk deliveries
- Accurately reading and following safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks and supporting other production duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills (ability to calculate figures and measurements)
- A positive, friendly attitude and strong sense of teamwork
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required
- Comfortable performing physical tasks for extended periods (standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

We specialize in creating high-quality natural products, including soaps, sprays, wellness goods, and household items. As a small but passionate team, we take pride in our efficient, hands-on work environment.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
