Commissionaires Ottawa is hiring in Windsor. We are seeking Security Guards to support client sites across Windsor / Essex and Chatham / Kent, with opportunities available across multiple shifts, including, overnights, afternoons, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide access control and verify identification
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Identify safety concerns and respond professionally to situations
- Complete daily documentation and incident reporting
- Support mobile coverage across client locations (as required)
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including walking long distances and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Must be eligible for Secret-Level Security Clearance (PSPC)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Assets
- Use of Force (UoF) certification, or willingness to obtain UoF training
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Veteran status or prior policing / law enforcement experience (e.g., former RCMP or other police service)
