We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory of London, Guelph, and Burlington, Ontario.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field sales, customer interaction, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory (London, Guelph, Burlington).
- Visit and meet with new and existing clients regularly.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pricing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM.
- Identify market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities as required.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
- Comfortable with field work and client visits.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / CRM systems).
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
