Responsibilities
-
Pack finished products into containers or boxes, label packages, and prepare them for shipping.

Support the production process by operating or assisting with machinery and assembly lines.

Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities.

Provide support to machine operators and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)

Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use.

Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures and have an understanding and respect for GMPs.
Qualifications
-
Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50lb), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: Ability to identify product defects and maintain quality standards.

Willingness to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Capability to handle changing priorities and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.

Basic proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions, labels, and safety protocols.

Understanding of workplace safety and food safety regulations.
-
Previous quality experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not mandatory.
