Blue Sky Home Care is seeking an expereinced and proactive Administration Assistant/Scheduler professional to help maintain the smooth functioning of our healthcare services during weekend hours. You will also assist our sister company, Blue Sky Lodge, with weekend administrative tasks. Work days will be Saturday - Monday, or Friday - Sunday.

Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Scheduling & Office Support
- Build monthly schedules for our nursing and care teams
- Monitor weekend shift coverage and respond to team call-ins promptly
- Reschedule staff and update the digital schedule board in real time
- Review the past week's schedule to ensure all break deductions are accurately reflected and payroll is ready for Monday processing
- Review service invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Monitor and order supplies
- Errands
Client Intake & Communication
- Take client and family calls with professionalism and empathy
- Educate new callers about our home care services
- Schedule new client intakes and ensure contact information is directed to the appropriate team member for timely follow-up
- Manage email communications and general inquiries
Recruitment Support
- Post recruitment ads using job templates
- Review incoming resumes and forward to hiring team
- Schedule interviews and help with onboarding paperwork and checklists
- Assist with similar administrative tasks for Blue Sky Lodge
What We’re Looking For
- Two years of Scheduling experience
- Three years of Administration experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Committed to confidentiality, professionalism, and patient-centered service
- Flexibility to allow changes of tasks throughout the day.
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
