Duties
- Greet customers at the counter, providing friendly and efficient service
- Operate the POS system accurately for order processing, cash handling, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are correct
- Pack orders carefully for delivery.
- Safely deliver orders to customers in a timely manner while following traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, including time management to meet scheduled delivery windows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with POS systems and experience in handling cash
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating change.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts. Automotive parts knowledge is required.
