General Description
The position involves receiving incoming samples, organizing and setting up trays for weighing.
Education Required: High School Diploma
Shifts: Full-Time. Afternoon shift.
- Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

- Willingness to display needed effort to meet company goals of improved TAT and quality
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities may include some or all and/or any other tasks assigned by Department Manager:
- Receive incoming samples, update status, and store material as required
- Inspect every sample box to ensure no missing samples, empty bags and/or out of order samples
- Locate, retrieve, and store samples to the Weigh Rooms or WIP Room
- Update status in Storage Program for any samples/boxes that are moved
- Label samples and/or containers
- Organize and set up trays for weighing
- Add flux to crucibles and stir samples as needed
- Deliver weighed samples to labs
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the day and clean for the following shift
- Perform general laboratory housekeeping
- Compliance with all safety procedures including SDS review
- Help organize boxes in WIP room as needed
- Any other tasks as determined by Department Manager
