We are currently looking for 308A - Sheet Metal Worker / Journeyman/Journeywoman to join our company. Only the current holder of the 308A Sheet Metal Worker Certificate / Red Seal will be contacted.
Applicants must have atleast 2-5 years experienced in fabrication of custom sheet metal, fittings, HVAC systems, dust collection systems, fume exhaust hoods, stacks, guards, tanks, and machine parts. Can also fabricate sheet metal fittings. Can operate shear, break – computerized and manual, lock formers spot welders and hand turning rollers. Can read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Knows how to fabricate using galvanized steel, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Measure and mark as per drawings, template or specifications
- Can weld and use stick, mig and tig equipment. CWB Certificate a strong asset.
- Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a valid Sheet Metal Licence - 308 A

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
