We are looking for Landscape Maintenance Gardeners; the ideal candidate must be fully proficient in planting, maintaining, and caring for flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscaped beds. This role emphasizes hands-on softscaping and garden care in an engaging team atmosphere. Experience is an asset, though we are willing to mentor the right candidate.
Requirements
- Plant, maintain, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscaped beds
- Perform weeding, pruning, mulching, edging, fertilizing, and watering of landscaped areas
- Assist with seasonal planting, bed preparation, and garden clean-ups
- Maintain turf areas through mowing, trimming, removal of litter, and general upkeep
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Proficient with gardening and landscaping tools (pruners, edgers, mowers, hand tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of plant species, soil health, and seasonal care practices
- Good knowledge of English and basic math
- Good endurance and the ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Able to perform other landscaping tasks as needed
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract required

Job Duties
- Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscaped beds throughout the property
- Weed, prune, mulch, edge, fertilize, and water landscaped areas on a regular schedule
- Prepare beds for new seasonal plantings and take part in garden clean-ups
- Mow and trim turf areas and clear litter to keep grounds presentable
- Keep garden beds and grounds looking healthy, tidy, and well-cared for year-round
