About the Role
RS Solutions Inc. is a trusted name in appliance sales and repair, and we're growing. We're looking for a driven, organized Sales Associate & Admin professional to be the backbone of our customer-facing and back-office operations. You'll build real relationships with customers, support our sales pipeline, and keep day-to-day administration running smoothly — all in a hybrid work environment that offers flexibility without sacrificing team connection.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting appliances that meet their needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
- Process sales orders, service requests, and repair work orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries — ensuring prompt, professional responses
- Coordinate scheduling between repair technicians and customers, minimizing service delays
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Generate and track quotes, invoices, and purchase orders using our admin software
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and flagging reorder needs
- Prepare reports on sales activity, service trends, and customer feedback for management review
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to repair/installation
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in a sales or admin role
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Experience with CRM or POS software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling a high-volume workload
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently (hybrid setting)
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in appliance, electronics, or home services retail is a strong plus. Familiarity with repair/service coordination, parts ordering, or warranty claim processing will set you apart.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
