How You’ll Spend Your Time
Collaborating with RN’s and LPN’s to ensure the best care of residents.
Promote healthy living including physical and mental activity, healthy eating and resident engagement.
Provide residents with assistance as needed, including helping with bathing and other personal hygiene activities.
Assist residents with certain physical activities such as walking, getting into or out of bed and dressing.
Communicate with residents in a friendly and cordial manner and provide companionship while participating in resident activities.
Respect the residents’ confidentiality and privacy.
Contributes to promoting a positive, friendly, safe, and healthy environment for all staff and patients.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
An excellent work ethic, proven ability to multi-task and communicate with residents in a pleasant manner at all times.
Meticulous attention to detail and provide excellent and informed resident care.
Self-motivated, career focused professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple demands and establishing work priorities and goals.
Completion of High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical requirements include: walking, standing for extended periods of time; lifting or moving up to 50 pounds; bending crouching and kneeling
