Responsibilities:
A Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a positive experience for hotel guests.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas including bathrooms, beds, floors, mirrors, windows, and furniture. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds with fresh linens
Replenish toiletries, towels, linens, minibar items, and other amenities to ensure guests have all necessary items during their stay
Address guest queries politely and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as corridors, foyers, and public washrooms.
