As our Assistant Manager coaching our store team members towards delivering financial services with sincere customer relationships while aiding customer's lives to thrive with their family and community is what we are all about.
You will be working alongside our store team members providing service to our customers and working through any customer concerns or challenges.
We schedule in advance of one to two weeks our work schedules.
Store Hours: We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday - closed
Friday's are fun food days as a thanks to our employees' hard work

Core Day-in-the-Life Activities:
Support the Store Manager with store incentive contests
Assist Store Manager with monthly customer promotions
Commitment to store team members to coach and mentor them aiding in raising the bar of customer excellence and experience through training of new processes, procedures, products or services
Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution when assisting customers who have an escalated high need
Balance individual cash drawer
Key to store open and close functions
Adhere to established loss prevention standards (i.e. loan and check cashing decision criteria, cash management, password protection, drawer management, and dual authorization)
Key Foundation of Your Success:
Minimum educational requirement of High School diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent experience
1 year customer service experience
Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to coach and guide others towards success
Cash handling skills
Successful time management and multi-tasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
