Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a balanced diet.
- Support residents with activities that enhance social engagement, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring proper sanitation standards.
- Monitor residents’ health status, report changes promptly to supervisors, and document care activities thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living is highly preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations.
- Strong understanding of English both written and verbal
- Ability to administer medications safely and follow detailed care instructions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Pay: From $28.46 per hour
