About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator (15-Month Maternity Leave Coverage) to join our team in Winnipeg.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination within an organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, customer inquiries, sales administration, and internal processes.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, organized, energetic, and committed to providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
This is a full-time, 15-month term position covering a maternity leave, with an anticipated start date of September, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
- Coordinate and schedule sales inquiries and customer meetings.
- Assist with sales administration, documentation, and customer service activities.
- Support order desk and inside sales functions.
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, timesheets, and system updates.
- Perform filing, invoicing, and accounts receivable duties.
- Assist with trade show and event coordination.
- Maintain office records and administrative systems.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
