Newfoundland HVAC is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Supervisor / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a combination of warehouse management and material delivery responsibilities while supporting our mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Pick, stage, and load materials for construction and service crews.
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites throughout the region.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
- Coordinate deliveries with project managers and field staff.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and supplier pickups.
- Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all warehouse and delivery operations comply with company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or construction material handling experience is considered an asset.
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical industry is considered an asset.
