The Car Girls is an automotive call centre and marketing agency, supporting car dealerships across Canada including the Western Time Zone. We offer exceptional service by looking after our dealers clients. We answer inbound calls, schedule vehicle service appointments, call outbound to due for service clients, special order parts, tire swap lists, recalls etc. using automotive specific software.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) in Aurora. This is an on-site, full-time position (not remote), where you'll play a key role in managing inbound service appointment calls and support other accounts with outbound calls. Must be able to work evenings and 2 Saturdays a month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound service calls and scheduling appointments according to dealership availability
- Making outbound calls - hourly minimum / expectation is required
- Updating customer information in systems
- Managing tire storage requests
- Checking vehicle recalls and various service parameters
- Timely arrival is essential
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service or the automotive industry (rental car agencies, reception, appointment booking) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, kind, courteous and patient
- Good, clear phone voice
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and detail-oriented with a great attitude
- Additional language is an asset
