Staff Plus is hiring a skilled Licensed Forklift Operator specialized in Raymond Reach & Counterbalance, with excellent computer skills to join our client in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, order picking, and warehouse management tasks using Raymond Reach equipment. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to safety, and the ability to perform heavy lifting in a fast-paced distribution environment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate Raymond Reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, and stack inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking and order fulfillment accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Valid forklift operator certification with experience operating Raymond Reach & Counterbalance forklifts.
- Prior experience in Food manufacturing is mandatory.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, including lifting loads over 50 pounds.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements.
- Experience operating clamp trucks and order pickers is a plus.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.This position requires a safety-conscious individual with excellent attention to detail who can contribute effectively to our warehouse operations.
